Job summary

SJR Partners is seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer for its high performing Engineering Department at the UK HQ in Birmingham. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance, with 12 hour shifts (4 on 4 off) in a heavy industrial environment.

You will perform planned and preventative maintenance, repairs and continuous improvements, while working to health and safety standards. NVQ3/City & Guilds 17th/18th Edition are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and improve on-site machinery.
• Support the engineering manager in site operations.

We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer for our high performing Engineering Department at our UK HQ!

Are you currently an Electrical engineer or Multi skilled with an Electrical bias with experience working in heavy industrial environment?

The Company

Covering our large industrial site, you will support the engineering manager in Maintaining, repairing and improvements the on-site machinery

The Role

Electrical & Mechanical planned and preventative maintenance, Repairs, Projects and Continuous improvements. Working as part of a team and adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

What we are looking for

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 17th/18th Edition.

• Fault finding skills, hydraulics, pneumatics, presses & furnaces.
• Installation capabilities.
• Experience with Siemens or Allen Bradley PLC
