Job summary

Greencore Group plc is seeking an experienced multiskilled maintenance engineer with an FMCG background to join our Kiveton site. You will conduct fault finding, perform planned and preventive maintenance, and ensure food safety and audit-ready documentation.

The role focuses on reducing downtime, improving safety, and driving efficiency across packaging and production machinery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an engineer in manufacturing/FMCG environments.
• Electrically biased with fault-finding ability in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proactive learner with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fault finding and planned maintenance to maximise equipment reliability.
• Respond to internal needs to maximise production time according to priorities.
• Comply with food safety standards and controls in all work.
• Complete documentation to keep audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve health & safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a range of manufacturing/packaging machinery.
