Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to perform electrical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services at the Leicester branch. The role requires strong fault finding, 3-phase experience, and the ability to supervise contractors as needed.

Candidates should have recognized qualifications, apprenticeship experience and be comfortable with risk assessments and working overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Issued Apprenticeship or time-served recognition in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Proven experience in manufacturing maintenance and electrical works.
• Qualifications to 17th Edition and NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks to the client on site and update drawings.
• Perform electrical maintenance on plant, equipment, and building services.
• Fault-find on various machinery and supervise contractors when needed.
• Write risk assessments and method statements for tasks.
• Operate on 3-phase systems up to 440V and use CAFM to plan work.
