Job summary

Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a Multiskilled Labourer to support construction projects across the business in Warminster. You will provide skilled labour for project delivery, temporary works, site investigations and pre-construction activities while upholding safety and workmanship standards.

You will work 37.5 hours per week with a fixed-term contract to February 2028. Benefits include a subsidised company van, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a contributory

Qualifications

• Must hold a full valid UK driving licence with operator qualifications for mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) and telehandlers.
• Eligible to obtain Ministry of Defence security clearance.
• Proven experience as a multiskilled labourer with safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction Projects Team activities and provide skilled labour for project delivery, temporary works, site investigations and pre-construction activities.
• Assist project managers with reactive repairs, general building works and minor new works.
• Attend and resolve urgent health and safety issues and maintain safe systems of work.
• Erect site fencing, manage stock and support temporary works activities.
• Operate plant and equipment, including access platforms and telehandlers when authorised.
• Organise daily workload independently while maintaining productivity and workmanship standards.
• Supervise or direct subcontractors and support clients and stakeholders as part of a team.
