Job summary

VIVO Defence is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Direct Delivery team. You will be based across RAF sites such as Chicksands, Carver Barracks, Bassingbourn, and RAF Henlow, performing PPM and reactive maintenance within a defined rota.

You’ll receive a company van and fuel card, work 37.5 hours per week, and have opportunities to gain qualifications while developing your skills in a Defence environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in handyperson or semi-skilled roles.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of building services repairs and maintenance.
• Perform fire alarm testing and health and safety duties.
• Carry out minor plumbing, decorating and general works.
• Interact professionally with site users and stakeholders.
