Job summary

Broadacres Housing Association is seeking a Multiskilled Joiner to work across our Empty Homes team in North Yorkshire. You will carry out joinery and multi-trade tasks to prepare empty properties, from first and second fix joinery to plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating.

You will diagnose problems, implement practical solutions, and ensure high safety and quality standards while delivering great customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive joinery and multi-trade experience in housing repairs.
• Ability to analyse problems and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery and multi-trade works to prepare empty homes.
• Undertake repairs across plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring and decorating.
