BJF Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the South East projects FM team, delivering traderelated solutions across multiple estates. The role supports reactive and planned maintenance within our UK properties and requires a hands-on, safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Building maintenance experience required.
• ECS or CSCS card required.
• City & Guilds or accredited qualification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive calls, perform first fixes where possible and scope quotes for repairs.
• Carry out planned building/fabric maintenance tasks per programme with auditable records.
• Maintain decorative order of sites in line with specifications.
• Establish strong working relationships to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Work in a safe manner in line with best working practices.
