Job summary

BJF Group, a leading UK Main Contractor, is seeking a MultiSkilled Engineer for its South East FM projects team. The role focuses on reactive and planned maintenance across diverse estates, with emphasis on first fixes where possible and accurate scoping for repairs.

You will maintain records, ensure high decorative and safety standards, and build strong relationships to meet client obligations. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Building maintenance experience is required.
• ECS or CSCS card held.
• City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive calls, carrying out first fix where possible and scoping quotes for repair where first fix is not possible to ensure minimum downtime across sites.
• Carry out all planned building/fabrication maintenance tasks as per program, keeping accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.
• Ensuring the site is kept in good decorative order internally and externally, inline with given specification.
• Establishing strong working relationships to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and projects.
• To always work in a safe manner and to a highstandard, in line with best working practices.
