• Maintain decorative order of sites in line with specifications.
• Establish strong working relationships to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Within our Facilities Management division, the South West Projects team plays a crucial role in the daytoday delivery of reactive and preventative works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client's sites.

Position

As part of our continued growth, our FM division are looking to appoint an experienced and professional MultiSkilled Engineer to work as part of the South East projects FM team, delivering traderelated solutions to enable BJF Group to meet and exceed clientspecific contractual obligations across multiple estates of varying ages and building types.

Primary Responsibilities Of The Role

• Respond to reactive calls, carrying out first fix where possible and scoping quotes for repair where first fix is not possible to ensure minimum downtime across sites
• Carry out all planned building/fabrication maintenance tasks as per program, keeping accurate auditable records of works planned and completed
• Ensuring the site is kept in good decorative order internally and externally, inline with given specification
• Establishing strong working relationships to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and projects
• To always work in a safe manner and to a highstandard, in line with best working practices

Requirements
