Qualifications

• Recognised qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Proven experience in a multiskilled maintenance role in fast-paced environments.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive tasks on M&E systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting and plumbing.
• Ensure work follows safety procedures and maintains records in CAFM.
• Liaise with site managers and contractors to minimise disruption.
• Support site audits, inspections and energy efficiency initiatives.
