Job summary

BJF Group is a leading multidiscipline Main Contractor across the UK, seeking an experienced MultiSkilled Engineer to join the Project Services North J Team. You will deliver trade related solutions to meet contractual obligations across estates of varying ages and building types.

The role involves fault finding, planned maintenance, safe working practices, and coordinating with site teams to minimise downtime while ensuring quality and timely completion.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 demonstrated in a relevant field.
• ECS or CSCS card required.
• City & Guilds or equivalent accredited qualification in a relevant trade.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive calls, carrying out first fix where possible and scoping quotes for repair where first fix is not possible to ensure minimum downtime across sites.
• Carry out all planned building/fabrication maintenance tasks as per program, keeping accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.
• Ensure the site is kept in good decorative order internally and externally, inline with given specification.
• Establish strong working relationships to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and projects.
• Always work in a safe manner and to a high standard, in line with best working practices.

Education
