Job summary

ECG Facilities Services is seeking an experienced M&E technician to join a mobile North of Scotland team, supporting a 24/7 service model.

The role covers reactive and PPM works on gas, electrical and air conditioning systems, with customer-facing duties and responsibility for quotes and procurement. A recognised apprenticeship and 18th Edition are preferred; Unvented Hot Water is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with reactive and PPM works.
• Strong background in gas, electrical and air conditioning.
• Front-facing customer interactions.
• Experience in submitting quotes and ordering materials.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and PPM works.
• Attending Gas/Air Con/Electrical works repairs and PPM.
• Working as part of a mobile team in the North of Scotland.
• Experience with CAFM system.
• Experience in dealing with customers front facing.
