Job summary

Proman is seeking a Multiskilled Operative for site-based work in EXE4. The role covers blending, concreting, and insulation, with hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Immediate start, long-term ongoing opportunity for reliable candidates with hands-on experience.

Applicants must hold a valid Blue CSCS Card and be able to work safely as part of a team, providing and wearing their own PPE. Competitive pay offered for full-time site work.

Qualifications

• Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential).
• Proven experience in blending, concreting, and insulation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Must provide and wear own PPE.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing work.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out blending and mixing duties as required.
• Concreting works, including preparation, pouring, and finishing.
• Installing and handling insulation materials.
• Supporting site operations while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Working effectively within a team to meet project deadlines.
