Job summary

14forty is seeking a highly visible Group Soft Services Manager to lead Cleaning, Security and Catering across three sites including Oldham. You will be out with teams, supporting Heads of Department, driving improvements and ensuring service excellence every day.

The role requires strong people management, a hands-on leadership style and the ability to balance operational priorities, client expectations and administration, while maintaining high standards of compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site facilities management experience in distribution/logistics/corporate settings.
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on coaching and developing teams.
• Strong budget and contract performance orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cleaning, Security and Catering operations across three sites.
• Be the visible operational lead with frontline teams and Heads of Department.
• Drive standards, compliance and best practice in cleaning operations.
• Identify innovative ways to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Coach and develop Heads of Department and frontline teams for high performance.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and statutory compliance are met.
