Forest Veterinary Centre is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across our Forest sites. You will drive nurse team development, ensure high clinical standards, and oversee workforce planning and service delivery across Epping, Harlow, Isle of Dogs and Harlow Hospital.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead audits, QI projects, and practice growth, mentor the nursing team, and help shape a modern, collaborative nursing culture

Formación

• RVN with leadership experience or aspirations to lead
• Strong communication, coaching and mentoring skills
• Ability to manage multisite priorities and complex workloads

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all Forest sites.
• Develop and coach nursing teams, ensuring nurse utilisation to top of capability.
• Drive quality patient care, clinical standards, audits and QI projects.
