Linnaeus Veterinary Limited is seeking a Practice Director for Forest Veterinary Centre in Essex. The role is hybrid on-site with presence across our multi-site group, leading strategy, performance and people through a period of growth.

You will drive commercial success while upholding clinical excellence and an exceptional client experience. We value commercially astute leaders with strong people leadership skills who can empower teams across Epping, Harlow, Woodford and the Isle of Dogs.

• Leadership experience with P&L accountability
• Strategic and operational oversight across multiple sites

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ambitious growth plans across the practice group.
• Identify efficiency, client experience, and service delivery improvements with a growth focus.
• Oversee operational and commercial performance with P&L ownership for the group.
• Partner with clinical teams to balance commercial success with clinical excellence.
• Coach and develop leaders across sites and support teams through growth and change.
