Forest Veterinary Centre is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead and develop our nursing teams across Epping, Harlow, Isle of Dogs and Harlow Hospital. You will drive high clinical standards, workforce planning and culture across four sites.

You’ll be a senior member of the leadership team, shaping strategy, service development and patient care excellence, while championing staff wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experienced RVN with leadership experience across multiple sites.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people development skills.
• Proven ability to drive clinical governance and standards.
• Experience managing multisite workload and complex priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across four Forest sites.
• Lead nurse team development, coaching, and progression.
• Oversee nurse utilisation and lead on audits and QI.
• Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment and retention.
• Foster a positive, Just Culture and staff wellbeing.
• Collaborate with CDs, PMs, Lead Nurses and Linnaeus nursing network.
