Job summary

Pasta Evangelists is seeking a dedicated Multisite Manager to lead our cloud kitchens across multiple sites in the UK. You will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety, coach teams, and drive sales while managing costs and KPIs.

This hands-on role requires travel between sites, occasional overnight stays, and regular visits to our head office in London. You’ll inspire leaders, recruit talent, and sustain our high standards of quality and service across the network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role in multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Flexibility to travel between sites and work evenings/weekends.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and food hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple kitchens, ensuring standards, health & safety, and food hygiene.
• Manage weekly site visits; aim to oversee 2–6 sites.
• Hold regular meetings with site leaders and review weekly results.
• Lead Hire & Retain plans; recruit and train on the job.
• Track KPIs, service times and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment and working practices regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and coach team leaders.
• Manage employee relations issues in line with employment law.
• Monitor attendance and holidays per policy.
• Maintain high food quality across all sites in taste, presentation and portions.
• Foster recognition for high performers and celebrate sales achievements.
• Set and communicate daily/weekly sales goals and drive targets.
• Collaborate to maximise kitchen profitability by controlling costs.
• Assist with opening new kitchens and training for new teams.
• Provide deputy coverage for Area Manager when required.
