Job summary

S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking 2–3 Assistant Site Managers for industrial and logistics projects across Midlands and wider UK. You will support day-to-day site delivery, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and maintain HSE standards.

Initial base in Sandwell with travel between sites; must have full UK driving licence and be willing to travel. Industrial/logistics experience advantageous; strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site management or supervision.
• Industrial/logistics experience is advantageous.
• SMSTS/SSSTS or CSCS certifications are preferred.
• First Aid certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep programmes on schedule.
• Monitor progress, health and safety, and quality inspections.
• Attend site meetings and maintain site records.
