Job summary

Savills is seeking flexible Front of House cover across Commercial Reception and Residential Concierge environments in London. You will greet visitors, manage access, and deliver five-star service while supporting multiple sites and shifting schedules.

The role requires adaptability, reliability, and the ability to operate confidently within premium corporate and residential settings. Training is provided and shifts may be short-notice across Zones 1–6.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-quality front-of-house, concierge, or hospitality roles.
• Articulate, confident, approachable, and solution-focused.
• Able to perform under pressure, adapt to new environments, and respond to last-minute changes.
• Organised and proficient at maintaining records, logs, and notes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams; familiarity with visitor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium front-of-house experience across commercial and residential environments.
• Act as a professional ambassador for the building, client, and company at all times.
• Provide a warm, confident welcome to visitors, occupiers and residents.
• Manage reception and concierge areas to high presentation standards.
• Coordinate meetings, hospitality services and basic AV/workspace support as required.
• Support multi-site operations with SOPs and site-specific procedures.
