Job summary

Time Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a growing property operation in Bolton. The role covers both hard and soft services, driving compliance, tenant relations, and service delivery across a commercial portfolio.

You will manage maintenance activities, monitor performance, and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors and suppliers while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all hard and soft facilities services are delivered in line with agreed specifications and service level agreements.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring performance, cost, and reporting requirements are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance and drive continuous improvement across service delivery.
• Oversee compliance–related activities, ensuring statutory obligations are met and remedial actions are completed.
• Manage landlord services and tenant relationships, ensuring all service charge obligations are fulfilled.
• Coordinate site inspections, audits, and assessments including Fire Risk Assessments and cleaning audits.
• Produce accurate monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support health and safety initiatives across the portfolio.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and health & safety requirements.
• Assist with the management of contractors and service providers to ensure the highest operational standards are maintained.
