Job summary

IWFM in Bolton is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft services, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional service to tenants. You will manage maintenance, compliance, and service levels across a commercial portfolio from Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with a salary up to GBP45,000 DOE plus benefits.

Qualifications

• FM experience covering hard and soft services.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Experience managing contractors and suppliers.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all facilities services meet specifications and SLAs.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance with cost control.
• Build relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory obligations.
• Manage service charges and landlord/tenant relationships.
• Coordinate inspections, audits and safety assessments.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders.
• Support health and safety initiatives across the portfolio.
