Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is recruiting for a Catering Manager to oversee operations across three campuses in Basildon, Southend and Thurrock. The role requires travel between sites with an office base in Southend, and managing a team of 17 staff to ensure smooth service across all campuses.

You will prepare menus, drive food safety compliance, assist with ordering for teaching kitchens at Thurrock and provide cover for supervisors as needed. A full DBS check is required or willing to undertake.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing catering operations across multiple sites.
• Ability to prepare menus and oversee food safety compliance.
• Experience leading a team (approx 17 staff) and covering for supervisors.
• DBS check required or willingness to undertake.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle; mileage paid between sites (55p per mile).
