Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a Group Catering Manager role with a FE College in Essex. The position covers three campuses (Basildon, Southend, Thurrock) and two sub-sites, with travel between sites.

Hours are 37 per week, at £25–£30 per hour LTD, on a 3-month temporary basis with temp-to-perm potential. You will oversee the catering operation across campuses, prepare menus, ensure food safety, assist with ordering for teaching kitchens at Thurrock, and manage a team of 17 staff, providing cover

Qualifications

• DBS certificate required or willing to undertake DBS.
• Full clean driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel between Basildon, Southend and Thurrock.

Group Catering Manager

Hours: 37 hours - Mon & Fri - between 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: £25ph to 30ph Ltd
Location: Essex - The sites are in Basildon, Southend and Thurrock.
Duration: 3 months on going contract - Temp to Perm

Enhanced DBS Certificate required or would be prepared to undertake DBS
Ideally Full Clean Driving Licence and access to own vehicle mileage covered 55 pence per mile travel between sites

The sites are in Basildon, Southend and Thurrock.
Travel between the sites is necessary. There is an office base at Southend.
