Job summary

National Care Group Limited is seeking a Multi-Site Team Leader for Endurance Care Kent covering Romney Marsh and Lydd on Sea. You will lead staff, ensure high-quality, person-centred support, and promote independence for adults with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities include managing staff development, coordinating activities, liaising with external parties, complying with policies and standards, and participating in on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Team Leader role.
• Support adults with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for staff management and staff development.
• Lead staff in promoting clients' well-being, safety and quality of life.
• Monitor and assist delivery of group/individual activities addressing client goals.
