Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a Care Team Leader for Endurance Care Kent—Romney Marsh & Lydd on Sea. The role oversees staff, promotes wellbeing and ensures service quality across homes in the Romney Marsh and Lydd on Sea area.

You will drive person-centred care and lead teams to deliver outcomes with dignity and independence. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in care, a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care, and a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Team Leader role.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff management and development.
• Promote client wellbeing, safety and quality of life.
• Coordinate group/individual activities to meet client goals.
• Liaise with external parties to ensure clear communication.
• Meet annual objectives and participate in on-call duties.
