Job summary

East West Connect Ltd is seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to carry out maintenance across multiple commercial sites. The role involves planned maintenance, reactive tasks, and minor projects, with a focus on plumbing and heating systems.

You will maintain site records, support other engineers, and contribute to safe operations with clear communication. Immediate start preferred, with travel between sites across the London area.

Qualifications

• Substantial practical experience in commercial plumbing and building services maintenance.
• Qualifications in plumbing or building services with demonstrable field experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance for occupied commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake preventative maintenance across commercial assets.
• Respond to reactive works and client requests across several sites.
• Diagnose faults in plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Repair equipment and components in line with safety procedures.
• Support other trades within the Building Services Team as needed.
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
