Job summary

Rated Traders Ltd in North London is seeking a Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer for a contractor role, covering plumbing, heating and mechanical systems across commercial sites.

You will diagnose faults, maintain pumps and water systems, service TMVs and support water hygiene and Legionella controls, with a focus on completing PPMs within timescales.

This position offers £25 per hour and requires practical hands-on expertise on domestic hot and cold-water services and related plant.

Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical and plumbing PPMs within the required timescales and to the correct standard.
• Diagnose and repair faults affecting commercial plumbing, heating and mechanical systems.
• Maintain pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, calorifiers, booster sets, valves and associated plant.
• Repair domestic hot and cold-water services.
• Service TMVs and support water hygiene and Legionella controls.
