Responsibilities

• Manage air, road and sea freight shipments from start to finish
• Handle bookings, documentation, customs clearance and deliveries
• Liaise with customers, carriers, overseas agents and suppliers
• Provide quotations and manage shipment costs and margins
• Proactively monitor shipments and resolve issues
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high service levels and retention
• Take ownership of workload and ensure shipments are managed efficiently

They're looking for an experienced Multimodal Operator with a strong background in air, road and sea freight who can manage shipments from start to finish. The Role

• Manage air, road and sea freight shipments from start to finish
• Handle all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including bookings, documentation, customs clearance and deliveries
• Liaise with customers, carriers, overseas agents and suppliers
• Provide quotations and manage shipment costs and margins
• Proactively monitor shipments and resolve any issues
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of service and retention
• Take ownership of your workload and ensure shipments are managed efficiently
