Spring Supply Chain in Greater Manchester is recruiting an experienced Multimodal Operator to manage air, road and sea shipments from start to finish, including bookings, documentation and customs clearance. You will liaise with customers, carriers and overseas agents to ensure smooth deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage air, road and sea freight shipments from start to finish
• Handle bookings, documentation, customs clearance and deliveries
• Liaise with customers, carriers, overseas agents and suppliers
• Provide quotations and manage shipment costs and margins
• Proactively monitor shipments and resolve issues
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high service levels and retention
• Take ownership of workload and ensure shipments are managed efficiently
