Midland Heart Ltd is seeking a Content Creator to shape our stories across communities in Birmingham. You will capture tenant stories, community initiatives and milestones with photography and video, while expanding our social media presence and supporting digital platforms such as our app and website.

You will work with the External Affairs team to turn PR priorities into engaging content, advise colleagues on tone, and ensure high standards of quality in line with our brand.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create compelling photography and video content for diverse channels.
• Strong editorial judgement and ability to tell stories that engage tenants and partners.
• Experience developing content across press, digital and corporate channels.

Responsabilités

• Create photography and video content for tenant stories, events and milestones.
• Identify story opportunities by listening to tenants and colleagues.
• Develop social media content strategy and manage LinkedIn presence.
• Collaborate with External Communications Manager to align PR priorities with content.
• Advise colleagues on brand tone and quality; work with designers and internal teams.
• Hands-on use of professional equipment in live or fast-paced settings.
• Stay current with digital content trends and channel strategies.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within brand guidelines.
• Ensure GDPR and consent considerations in filming and photography.
