Midland Heart is seeking a Content Creator to shape how the organisation is understood across tenants, colleagues and partners. You’ll work in External Affairs, blending creativity with editorial judgement to tell compelling stories about people and communities.

From photography and video to social media and campaigns, you’ll craft content that builds trust, strengthens our employer brand and supports our narrative. You’ll collaborate with teams to ensure timely, accurate storytelling.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in content creation across photography, videography and digital storytelling.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital content trends and platforms.
• Strong project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and stay on brand.
• Understanding of GDPR and consent when filming and photographing tenants and communities.
• Training in media, digital, communications or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Create photography and video content for tenant stories, news, partnerships and events.
• Capture quotes and interviews for use across press, digital and corporate channels.
• Develop and manage expanded social media presence, including LinkedIn, and content for app/website.
• Collaborate with External Communications Manager to align PR priorities with content.
• Maintain brand standards and advise colleagues on tone and quality with designers.
