Job summary

Euro London Appointments Ltd is seeking a Multilingual Talent Acquisition Partner for an ongoing temporary contract in London or Brighton. Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home) with a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across international markets, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. You should be fluent in English plus an additional language (Dutch, French, German or Spanish) and have at least 2

• Fluent English plus at least one additional language (Dutch, French, German or Spanish).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within recruitment.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Previous experience with ATS systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates through various channels and networking techniques.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Manage multiple vacancies across different business areas and locations.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing market insight and recruitment updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
• Utilise recruitment systems and ATS platforms to maintain accurate records and reporting.
• Support recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives where required.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Multilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to join their busy recruitment team on an ongoing temporary basis. You must be fluent in English + 1 or more of the following Dutch, French, German or Spanish.

The Role

As a Multilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions and international markets. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

About You
