Job summary

MMR Research Oxford is seeking a Talent Partner to join the Global People Team on a six-month contract, with potential extension. The role spans talent acquisition across our brands, including MMR Research Worldwide, Huxly, Together Agency and Ideal Insight.

You will source, attract and hire across research, data science, sensory science, and commercial functions while partnering with managers in multiple countries to build strong teams globally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting across international markets is advantageous.

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering a high-quality candidate experience from first conversation to onboarding.

We're looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our Global People Team on a 6-month contract (could be extended).

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the MMR Family, supporting talent acquisition across our diverse portfolio of businesses, including MMR Research Worldwide, Huxly, Together Agency and Ideal Insight. You'll play a key role in helping us identify, attract and hire exceptional talent across our global operations.

Working closely with hiring managers and leaders across the group, you'll recruit for a broad range of positions spanning research, data science, sensory science, commercial, operations, technology, creative and corporate functions. You'll partner with teams across our international locations, helping us hire great people in the countries where MMR operates around the world.

Key Responsibilities

As Talent Partner, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple businesses and geographies. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping them attract the right talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to onboarding.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, proactively sourcing talent and making a visible impact on business growth. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of brands, functions and markets, giving you exposure to a truly global talent landscape.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across MMR Research Worldwide, Huxly, Together Agency and Ideal Insight
• Recruiting for positions across our global offices and international markets
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective attraction strategies
• Building talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
• Direct sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all group companies
• Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and ways of working
• Supporting onboarding and helping new hires feel part of the MMR Family from day one

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You will be an experienced in-house recruiter, Talent Partner or Talent Acquisition specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience recruiting across international markets would be an advantage
• Previous experience within professional services, research or consulting environments would be beneficial
