Total Integrated Solutions Ltd in Birmingham invites a proactive Multi-Disciplined Engineer to join our growing team. You will service and maintain Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms and Networking across client sites, while expanding your multi-discipline skillset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance and repair of fire and security systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Gent approved engineer status is desirable (training provided if not certified).

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms and Networking systems.
• Demonstrate a willingness to undertake fire alarm training and develop into a fully multi-disciplined engineer.
• Provide support with the commissioning of systems, when required.
• Ensure client satisfaction is achieved before leaving site by delivering a high standard of service.
• Accurately complete all required documentation, including timesheets, and job reports, using the Company's service management system.
• Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures and best practices.
• Participate in the Company's out of hours callout rota
