Job summary

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People seeks an Acquisition Manager to drive income growth by acquiring supporters, sponsors, donors and legacy pledgers. Hybrid role at The Grange, Saunderton, Buckinghamshire, reporting to Head of Acquisition and focusing on data-driven impact across channels.

You will lead campaigns, tests, and optimisations to grow leads, conversions and long-term value, collaborating with digital, creative and donor services for measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-channel individual giving campaigns (face-to-face, digital, direct marketing) in a charity or not-for-profit setting.
• Budget creation, management and forecasting experience.
• Experience with data segmentation and targeting.
• Excellent analytical skills with CRM data and campaign optimisation.
• Agency and supplier management experience.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with fundraising best practices and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition strategy, planning and development for multiple income streams across channels.
• Lead generation and conversion management to drive high-quality leads and target CPA.
• Coordinate campaign management with creative, media, and fulfilment processes for continual improvement.
• Analyse performance, maintain CPA/ROI metrics and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Brand, IT, Finance and other departments to maximize opportunities.
