Job summary

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is seeking an Acquisition Manager to drive income growth by acquiring new supporters, sponsors, donors, and legacy pledgers. You will lead on developing, delivering, and optimizing acquisition campaigns across face-to-face, digital and print channels.

You’ll work within the Performance Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Acquisition, using data-driven decision making to increase supporter numbers and long-term value while communicating impact of our work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns for charities or not-for-profit.
• Budget creation, management and forecasting in fundraising contexts.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver annual acquisition plans for Sponsor a Puppy, Lottery, Legacy and other income streams across channels.
• Adopt a test-and-learn approach with A/B tests and segmentation to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with Head of Acquisition to plan investment and ROI, ensuring budget alignment.
• Identify new audience and income opportunities to diversify the programme.
• Refine targeting and messaging using audience insights and performance analytics.
