Job summary

MVF is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Exec to own performance of customer engagement campaigns across email, SMS and WhatsApp. You will work with cross-market hubs to maximise CRM opportunities, align with Iterable, Lytics and SleekFlow, and push for measurable lifetime value growth.

The role requires a strong CRM execution background, commercial mindset and a passion for testing and optimization to deliver sustained results.

Qualifications

• Solid CRM execution background across email and SMS campaigns.
• Experience with Iterable or similar ESPs and multi-channel orchestration.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision making and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM performance across markets and campaigns, tracking short-term and lifetime value against targets.
• Collaborate with hubs to maximise opportunities and align with MVF technology (Iterable, Lytics, SleekFlow).
• Identify and test new funnel opportunities to grow lifetime value and conversations started.
• Design and prioritise testing based on market persona and commercial value.
