Job summary

Porsche Centre Swindon is seeking a friendly, professional receptionist to answer incoming calls, greet visitors and support dealership operations.

You will handle enquiries, take messages, notify relevant departments, keep displays tidy, and assist with admin tasks to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

This role may involve providing support across BMW, MINI and Land Rover dealerships, requiring a proactive and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• To answer the telephone politely and efficiently.
• To deal with enquiries, taking messages or redirecting calls as appropriate.
• To provide a friendly and helpful reception experience at all times.
• Greet customers, notify the Sales, Service or Parts departments of their arrival, and maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
• To assist in any other administrative or stocking duties as required.
• To ensure displays and refreshment areas are kept clean, fully stocked and orderly.
• Provide support and cover to the BMW, MINI and Land Rover dealerships.
