Job summary

Invision Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to cover maintenance across residential properties in London. The role includes carrying out repairs, with a focus on quality and customer service, in occupied or void properties.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating tasks, diagnosing faults and delivering first-time fixes wherever possible. A full UK driving licence is required for site travel.

Qualifications

• Must have multiple trade skills and experience as a Multi-Trader.
• Experience in social housing or property maintenance is required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Multi-Trader - London

Location: Stratford, East London (E15)

Salary: £160-£180 per day (CIS) + Company Van & Fuel Card

A leading property maintenance contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Trader to carry out planned and reactive maintenance works across residential properties throughout London.

This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work, a company van, fuel card and weekly pay.

Duties

• Carry out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.
• Complete carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating works.
• Diagnose faults and deliver first-time fixes wherever possible.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Multi-Trader.
• Experience within social housing or property maintenance.
• Strong all-round trade skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS Card desirable.
