Job description

Job Title: Multi Trader

We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements across all property sectors.

We are seeking a versatile Multi Trader to perform various housing maintenance tasks (excluding M&E) and deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients.
3. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
4. Perform inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Benefits:

• Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum
• Performance-related annual bonus up to £3,600
• Van and fuel provided (full driving license with a maximum of three points required)
• Standby payments: £50 per call-out (rota optional)
• 23 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days after 1 year of service
