Job description

We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements across all property sectors.

We are seeking an all-round Multi Trader to perform various housing maintenance tasks (excluding M&E) to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients.
3. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
4. Perform inspections and identify areas needing maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborate with team members and contractors as required.

Benefits:

• Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum.
• Annual performance-related bonus up to £3,600.
• Van and fuel provided (full driving license with a maximum of three points is essential).
• Standby payments of £50 per call-out (rota optional).
