Job Title: Multi Trader

We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvement across all property sectors.

We are looking for an all-round Multi Trader to carry out various aspects of housing maintenance (excluding M&E) and provide high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from our clients.
3. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
4. Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Benefits:

• GBP 33,000 - GBP 35,000 per annum
• Annual performance-related bonus up to GBP 3,600
• Van and fuel (full driving license with a maximum of three points is essential)
• Standby payments GBP 50 per call-out (rota optional, not mandatory)
