Job Description: Multi Trader

We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements across all property sectors.

We are seeking an all-round Multi Trader to perform various housing maintenance tasks (excluding M&E) and deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients.
3. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
4. Perform inspections and identify areas needing maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Benefits:

• GBP 33,000 - GBP 35,000 per annum
• Annual performance-related bonus up to GBP 3,600
• Van and fuel (full driving license with a maximum of three points required)
• Standby payments of GBP 50 per call-out (rota optional)
• 23 days annual holiday, increasing after 1 year of service to a maximum of 28 days
