Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi Trader for void refurbishments across Sandwell, Dudley and Wolverhampton. You will handle bathroom and kitchen fitting, plastering and painting, delivering high-quality finishes that meet strict standards.

Applicants should have proven multi-trade capability, a CSCS card, own van and tools, and social housing experience. Immediate start with weekly pay and long-term ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi Trader in social housing projects.
• CSCS card (skilled).
• Own van and tools required.
• Ability to work across bathroom, kitchen, plastering and painting.
• High standards of finish.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Multi Traderto work on void refurbs across Sandwell, Dudley and Wolverhampton.

The Multi Trader role will involve a mix of bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting, plastering and painting, so you'll need a good all-round skill set and be able to complete work to a high standard.

Requirements for the Multi Trader:

• Previous experience as a Multi Trader
• Strong social housing experience
• Skilled CSCS card

• Confident working across multiple trades
• Good eye for detail and quality of finish
