Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Joiner for Havant & Gosport to join a busy social housing maintenance team. You will primarily perform carpentry work, supported by multi-trade skills, delivering first-time fixes for residents.

You’ll manage your workload, keep accurate records, maintain your van and tools, and provide excellent customer service within a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/ City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Carpentry or Joinery.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong joinery skills plus solid multi-trade ability.
• Experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
• Confident working independently and solving problems on the tools.
• Good health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

£25.70per hour Van & Fuel Card 39 hrs/week Temp to Perm Role

We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Havant & Gosporton a Temp to Perm Basis

The Role

Carpentry will be your primary trade, backed up by multi-trade repair skills to help deliver first-time fixes for residents. You'll work independently, manage your own workload, keep accurate job records, and maintain your van, tools,all while delivering great customer service.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 2/ City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Carpentry or Joinery
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong joinery skills plus solid multi-trade ability
• Experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment
• Confident working independently and solving problems on the tools
• Good health & safety awareness
• Social housing experience desirable
• Own power tools required
