Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Multi-trader with a background in social housing to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis covering the North Kent area.

The position offers a £180 day rate, with a company van and fuel card provided. You will carry out general maintenance and responsive repairs on occupied properties, including doors, kitchens, bathrooms, plastering and related works.

Qualifications

• Must have social housing/council experience.
• Must have a CSCS Card.
• Must have a full UK driving license.
• Must be customer facing.

Responsabilités

Temporary Position

Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-trader with a back ground in social housing to join my clients team on an ongoing temporary basis covering around the North Kent area.

Package:

• £180 Day Rate

Van and fuel card Duties:

• Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied properties
• Carrying out responsive repairs
• Such as Internal and external door fitting, kitchen repairs/refits, bathroom fitting, plastering etc

Experience:

• Must have social housing/council experience
• Must have a CSCS Card
• Must have a full UK driving license
• Must be customer facing
