Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd in Cardiff seeks a Multi Trader for a short term assignment. You will install desks, chairs, cabinetry and fixtures according to interior design layouts and coordinate with other trades on site.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30. Start ASAP with a contract rate of £20–£25 per hour depending on skillset. This role requires hands-on tool use and reading technical drawings, plus solid snagging at project handover.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read technical and interior layout drawings.
• Good manual dexterity and coordination on site.

Responsibilities

• Installation: assembling and positioning desks, chairs, cabinetry, counters and fixtures.
• Site coordination: work with other trades, site managers, and project coordinators.
• Finishing: final checks, touch-ups and snagging for client handover.

Role and Responsibilities

• Installation: Assembling and positioning desks, chairs, cabinetry, counters, and decorative fixtures according to interior design layouts.
• Site Coordination: Working alongside other trades, site managers, and project coordinators during building fit-outs.
• Finishing: Performing final checks, touch-ups, and snagging to ensure spaces are ready for client handover.

Requirements

• Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools, ability to read technical and interior layout drawings, and strong manual dexterity.
