Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a Multi Trader to cover the Midlands and Gloucestershire on a temporary basis. The role pays up to £24 per hour (umbrella), with an immediate start and a company van provided.

You will apply a broad range of trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling and basic electrical work to carry out general building and external maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Carpentry, Painting & Decorating or any relevant trade.
• Knowledge of commercial building maintenance a plus.
• Health & Safety experience and basic PC literacy (Word/Excel) required.

Multi Trader - FM Service Provider - Midlands / Gloucestershire - £24p/h - Temporary

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in the Midlands / Gloucestershire. CBW is currently recruiting for a Multi Trader, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of Multi Trader and Fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working hours

• Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Up to £24 per hour ( depending on qualifications ) (umbrella)

Immediate start

Company van provided, working in the Midlands and Gloucestershire

Requirements

• Qualified in either Carpentry, Painting and Decorating or any relevant trade

• Health & Safety experience
• Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
