Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofer Multi to join our Response team covering Nottingham and Bradford.

You will specialise in responsive maintenance roofing works to customer properties, focusing on repairs, leaks, and renewal tasks. We offer a competitive salary (£35,530 for a 39-hour week) with OTE up to £39,586 including bonus, overtime and callouts, a company van and fuel card, uniform, PPE, PDA, paid holidays, pension contributions and life insurance, plus access to financial/legal

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Roofing or equivalent
Current PASMA and IPAF certification desirable
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced, reactive environment
Work professionally in social housing environments with vulnerable tenants

Responsibilities

Undertake repair/renewal roofing works, including leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work and torch-on repairs
Assist the team with general maintenance across carpentry and plumbing where needed
Communicate effectively with scheduling teams, tenants and line managers
Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements
